After selling real estate for others, Becky McFarland decided to start this business with a unique plan. Step into the shoes of the client and always remember to listen to what our clients and customers are saying and help them reach THEIR goals. As a Colorado native with experience in rural and mountain living, outdoor activities, recreation areas, work and play locations, construction information with local contacts, and commuting issues, she can provide help with all of your real estate needs. Becky oversees all of our property listings. The locations, property maps, disclosure information, communication with the POA's, photos, and any other areas that are important to our buyers will be looked after with care and hard work to provide as much information coverage as possible.

Jason Palmer is our outdoor sportsman expert. Hunting, fishing, boating, and many other aspects of a sportsman's paradise are part of his daily life. He is a Colorado native & spends a lot of his time keeping up to date on the newest information and tips for the outdoor sport enthusiast. Jason is our associate broker and his knowledge of the real estate business and outdoor activities is a great asset for our outdoor enthusiasts. He works with our clients to provide information about the area, answer specific property questions, as well as setting up appointments and showing property to our clients.

Renee Stump is our office manager and part-time receptionist for the busy office. If you need to reach a broker, receive or send paperwork, expedite a contract, or get answers to a question, she will get things moving to help our clients stay in touch, be informed, and comfortable with our services. Renee recently moved to Colorado and will be happy to tell you about the wonders of living in this great place.
